1 zucchini
50 gr İçim Strained Yogurt
30 g walnut kernels
1 tsp black cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Cut the zucchini into thin slices, lengthwise slices. Heat the olive oil in the pan and fry the zucchini for 1 minute on each side. Take them out on paper towels and drain the oils. In a large bowl, mix İçim Strained Yogurt, crushed walnut kernels, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of black cumin. Put the zucchini slices from the mixture you have prepared towards yourself and wrap them in a roll. Put one walnut on each of them, sprinkle flax seeds and serve with olive oil.
