2 chicken schnitzels
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
2 eggs
150 g of Butter, or 1 cup of oil
Thyme
Salt
Black Pepper
For the sauce:
4 tbsp İçim Labneh Cheese
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
2 teaspoons hot water
Beat the chickens with the help of a meat beater. Wash it thoroughly and wait for the water to drain. Or dry it with the help of a paper towel. Roll the meat in flour and shake it a little to pour out the excess. Break an egg into a flat bowl, put salt, thyme and pepper and whisk. Spread the floured chicken in the whipped mixture and roll it in breadcrumbs. Allow the breadcrumbs to mix. Put the butter in a pan and heat it well. Cook the schnitzels side by side until well browned.
You can mix all the sauce ingredients well in a bowl and serve them with schnitzels. Bon Appetit!
