150 g flour
100 g granulated sugar
1 egg
70 gr İçim Butter
90 g hazelnut powder
50 g dark chocolate chips
5 g vanillin
10 g baking powder
Beat the egg together with the sugar in a bowl. Add İçim Butter, hazelnuts, chocolate chips and vanillin and mix. Add the flour and baking powder and knead well into a dough. Tear the dough into pieces slightly larger than the hazelnuts, roll them between your two palms and press them lightly with your hands.
Place the cookies on a tray lined with baking paper, leaving a little space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes. After removing them from the oven, let them cool down a little and serve.
