Home Pita Recipe with Milk

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

2 tbsp İçim Yogurt
1 coffee cup İçim Milk
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
500 g flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon salt
1 tsp black cumin

Preparation

Sift the flour, add warm milk, yeast, butter, yogurt, olive oil and salt in the middle. Shape it into a very soft dough and leave it covered at room temperature for about 40 minutes. Then divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

Place this dough in a 20 cm tray or baking dish. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin. Bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
