6 artichokes
100 gr İçim White Cheese
100 gr İçim Cottage Feta Cheese
100 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
1 cup flour
Finely chopped parsley
Finely chopped dill
Juice of 1 lemon
1 onion
Olive Oil
Lightly boil the artichokes. Sauté the onion in oil. After the onion has cooled, mix İçim White Cheese, İçim Cottage White Cheese, flour, dill and parsley and make a mortar. Fill the mortar into the artichokes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
10 minutes before cooking, put the grated İçim Kashar Cheese on them. Put the cooked artichokes on a serving plate, sprinkle a little dill on them and serve. Bon Appetit!
