For the dough
300 g flour
150 gr İçim Butter
Salt
For the filling
500g zucchini, cut into rings
200 gr İçim Cream Cheese
100 g onions
30 gr İçim Butter
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
2 tbsp İçim Süt
Salt, black pepper
For the dough, knead the butter and flour in a bowl. Mix a little salt in 50 ml of water and add to the dough. Knead quickly until your dough becomes homogeneous. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. For the filling: Heat a pan, put the İçim Butter in it and add the onions and fry. Add the zucchini and cover and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out with a rolling pin. Place in a tart tin lined with baking paper with a diameter of 28 cm. Cover with another baking paper on top and weigh down with dried legumes so that they don’t rise while baking. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove the paper and legumes on top and put them back in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Mix with İçim Cream Cheese, İçim Milk, 1 tablespoon of parsley and a pinch of black pepper. Place this mixture on top of the dough with the help of a spoon. Cover with zucchini slices. Put it back in the oven and cook it for 10 minutes at a slightly lower temperature (150-160) and then serve hot.
