100 gr İçim Butter
100 g egg whites
70g shelled almonds
60 g flour
50gr sugar
50 g brown sugar
30 g corn flour
20 g potato starch
2-3 pieces of star anise
Remove the seeds of star anises. Crush well between wax papers. Pass it through a food processor with granulated sugar, brown sugar and 30 g of almonds. In a large bowl, whisk the mixture with İçim Butter and mix. Add the flour, potato starch, egg whites and a pinch of salt and continue mixing. Form it into a soft dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Squeeze the dough, which you have rested with the help of a piping bag, into the tray in walnut-sized balls. Flatten the balls by applying pressure on them. Chop the remaining almonds and sprinkle them on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool. Serve after cooling.
