350g celery, peeled, cleaned
2 spoons of flour
70 gr İçim Butter
1 water glass of İçim Milk
Lemon
Salt
Boil the celery in plenty of water with a little lemon juice. In another saucepan, prepare a solid béchamel with flour, İçim Milk and İçim Butter. The structure of celery is a little soft, so the béchamel should be quite solid.
Combine all the ingredients and grind them completely with a hand crusher without using a blender to make them smooth. You can serve this puree with all grilled meats, especially red meat.
