500 g broad beans
3 garlic cloves, crushed
60 ml olive oil
1/2 tsp honey
200 gr İçim Labne Cheese
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
In a bowl, mix 1 clove of garlic, İçim Labneh Cheese and fresh coriander and let it stand. For hummus, boil the pods in salted boiling water until tender. After draining the water, puree it in a blender with garlic and olive oil. Stir the honey into it and add salt.
Add the İçim Labneh you have prepared and mix well until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and optional spices and serve with lavash on the side.
