4 artichokes
50 gr İçim Triangle Cheese
30 ml İçim Milk
50 g spinach
1 tbsp İçim Labneh Cheese
Black pepper and salt
1 pinch dill, chopped
Cut the artichokes into quarters, boil them in a deep pot of salt in water until soft. As soon as they are boiled, take them out of the water and make sure that they stay a little alive. Boil the spinach in the same water for 4 minutes. Take it out of the water and let it rest for a while, then chop it coarsely.
Pass the İçim Süt, İçim Labneh and İçim Triangle cheeses through the food processor and smooth them. Add spices and dill and mix. Mix the artichokes and spinach well with the mixture you have prepared. Place on hollow plates and serve.
