3 eggs
4 tbsp İçim Yoghurt
1.5 tea glass of sugar
2 tea glasses of semolina
2 tea cups flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
For the syrup;
4 tea glasses of sugar
4 tea glasses of water
1 slice of lemon
In a deep bowl, whisk the yoghurt, eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add the semolina, flour, vanilla and baking powder on top and continue whisking. After greasing the tray with margarine, pour the mixture into the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Boil water and sugar in a saucepan for 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon on top and boil for a few more minutes. Let the syrup cool in a corner. Pour the cold syrup on the tray you took out of the oven. Cover the dessert with a tray and wait for it to absorb the syrup.
