Helin’s Cheesecake

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

1680 g labneh cheese
618 g granulated sugar
8 eggs
310 g flour
750 g milk
987 g liquidİçim Chef Cream
Less salt
A little vanilla

For the base
8 packs of classic oatmeal biscuits
250 g butter
100 g walnut

Preparation

We crumble the biscuits and walnuts in the machine. Then we add the melted butter and mix well. After preparing the base of the cheesecake, we whisk the labneh cheese in the mayonnaise pot with the help of a whisk and slowly add the sugar. Then we crack the eggs into it. We add a little salt and a little vanilla.

In another mayonnaise saucepan we sift the flour and add the milk and whisk. We filter the other mixture with the help of a wire strainer. After adding the Liquid İçim Chef Cream, we whip it one last time, then bake it at 120 degrees for the first 90 minutes and at 130 degrees for the last 25 minutes. After chilling in the refrigerator for a day, it is ready to serve
