For the Cake:
3 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
1 cup oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
1.5 cups of drinking milk
Vanilla
Baking powder
Flour
For the Cream:
2 tea glasses of sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 egg yolks
Milk (in the amount you can add until it reaches the consistency of custard)
In a bowl for the cake we beat 3 eggs well. After whisking, we add 1.5 cups of sugar and whisk well. Then we continue to mix 1 cup of oil and 1.5 cups of milk.
After mixing a little, we add vanilla and baking powder and finally add flour.
We pour it into a cake mold and put it in the oven. We bake at 180 degrees.
For the cream, we take a saucepan and put 2 tea cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour and 2 egg yolks in it and gradually whisk it with milk. We turn on the stove and cook. We mix until we get the consistency of custard.
