Spicy Grilled Halloumi Recipe

Ingredients

120 g chopped basil
120 g chopped arugula
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 clove of garlic
120 ml olive oil
Salt, black pepper
5 cherry tomatoes
4 thick slices of İçim Halloumi Cheese

Preparation

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Put the basil, mint and garlic in a blender. Add the olive oil and blend once more. Strain the mixture. Using a brush, spread this mixture over the slices of halloumi. Likewise, add the cherry tomatoes to the mixture in the strainer and season to taste. Add salt and pepper. Rotate the cherry tomatoes in the pan for about 4 minutes. Cook the halloumi slices in the pan for about 45 seconds on each side. Tear the arugula on a plate with your hands. Add the remaining sauce in the strainer and İçim Halloumi slices. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with mint. Serve hot.
