4 pieces of phyllo dough
For the inside
250 gr İçim White Cheese
Finely chopped parsley
For the sauce;
1 egg
1 tea glass of olive oil
2.5 cups İçim Yogurt
Salt
For the top;
Black cumin
sesame
Mix İçim White Cheese and parsley in a bowl. Spread the phyllo on a flat surface, put the cheese mixture on it and roll it up. Cut the roll at intervals. Prepare the other phyllo sheets in the same way. Grease the pastry tray. Arrange the slices on the tray. Whisk the ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the pastry slices and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven. Serve with red chili pepper. Bon Appetit!
