250 g Fresh Cheese
180 g sugar
150 g Labne Cheese
150 g biscuit
150 g oat biscuits
90 g butter
60 g starch
25 g roasted hazelnuts
3 egg yolks
2 eggs
Line the bottom and sides of the cake mold with greaseproof paper. Grind the hazelnuts and biscuits into flour, mix with İçim Butter in a mixing bowl. Spoon two thirds of the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the cake mold. Press down well so that the mixture forms a tight form in the mold. In a mixing bowl, mix İçim Labne and Fresh Cheese, sugar, eggs, egg yolks and starch with a mixer until you get a homogeneous consistency. Pour into the cake pan on top of the biscuits. Cover with the remaining biscuit and flatten with a spatula without pressing. Bake your cheesecake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. After removing the cheesecake from the oven, let it stand at room temperature to warm up. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
