2 liters of İçim Milk
500 g granulated sugar
5 tablespoons rice flour
1 teaspoon of gum drops
1 tablespoon starch
1 cup powdered sugar
Start heating İçim Milk in a pot. Add the sugar. Add the gum drops and start cooking. Mix the rice flour and starch. Add a spoonful of the warmed milk and whisk. Add to the pot. Pour enough into the baking tray to cover the bottom. Place the tray on the stove and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Keep on the stove until the bottom burns slightly. Cook the remaining custard in the pot, stirring until it thickens. Pour the prepared custard into the tray and let it cool. Cool it well. When serving, slice and serve upside down.
