45 gr İçim Butter
45 g brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
10 chestnuts, roasted, peeled
4 boiled apples
2 tbsp İçim Chief Cream
1 tablespoon honey
Mash the butter and sugar together with the cinnamon powder. Stir until it forms a paste. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Using a corer, remove the core from the center of the apples. Chop the roasted and peeled chestnuts. Fill the center of the apples with chestnuts, spreading the cinnamon-butter mixture between them, and cover them well again with the cinnamon-butter mixture. Place the apples on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and bake for about 30 minutes. At the end of the first 15 minutes, pour some of the boiling water over the apples. After taking it out of the oven, serve it hot with a big ball of İçim Chief Krema.
