2 oranges
50 gr İçim Butter
250 g hazelnuts, finely chopped
50 g flour
4 eggs
200 g sugar
Powdered sugar, for decoration
350 ml İçim Chief Cream
Wash the oranges by rubbing them. Put them in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil. When it boils, reduce the heat and wait for it to steam. Strain and leave to cool. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease the tart mold. Roughly chop the oranges, add the boiled water and İçim Butter and pass through a food processor. Continue to run the food processor until you get a complete puree. Put in a large bowl and mix with the orange zest, flour and hazelnuts. Beat the eggs, add half of the sugar and continue beating. Set it aside. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until they form a mousse and add to the orange mixture. Add the whole mixture to the egg white and mix well until smooth. Place the mixture into the prepared baking mold. Cook for more than 1 hour. Rest for 10 minutes and remove from the oven. When it cools a little, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
