500 g roasted red pepper
150 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
1 grated potato
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
1 tablespoon pepper paste
1 clove of garlic
1.5 liters of water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Remove the outer skins from the roasted peppers and put them in a pot. Grate 1 potato on it and add pepper paste and garlic and bring to a boil with 1.5 liters of water. Add the butter, salt and grated nutmeg and remove from heat after 20 minutes. Put all these ingredients in a blender.
When serving, add 1 tablespoon grated cheese on top.
