500 g asparagus
1 leek
50 gr İçim Butter
500 ml hot water
2 tbsp flour
240 ml İçim Chief Cream
Salt and pepper
Chop the leeks and asparagus. Melt the İçim Butter in the pot and add the vegetables to it. Sauté over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Stir in the flour. Continue roasting for another 2 minutes. Add the hot water to it and cook for 10 minutes, covered and covered. Stir in the salt, pepper and İçimChief Cream.
Remove from heat and wait 5 minutes. Pass the mixture through a hand blender. Garnish by dividing it into bowls.
