6 large tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp İçim Butter
60 g flour
1 liter of water
50 gr İçim Chief Cream
A teaspoon of salt
For decoration
50 gr İçim Kashar Cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
Wash the tomatoes and peel them. Add the tomato paste and grind in the food processor until smooth. Melt the İçim Butter in a pan. Fry the flour, stirring constantly, until it turns color. Stir in the tomato mixture. Roast together, stirring frequently and quickly, without allowing it to clump. Grind with a blender to a homogeneous puree. Stir in the water. Bring to a boil, stirring, until thickened.
Whisk the İçim Chief Cream well in a bowl. Continue stirring and add to the soup. Add the salt. Cook until it boils for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly with a stirring wire.
