Colorful outbursts
Whisk the powdered sugar and İçim labneh well and put it into a piping bag. Then we dry our washed strawberries and separate them from the stems.
We carve the strawberries so that they do not go down to the bottom and squeeze the mixture of labne and powdered sugar we prepared beforehand into the hollows. We dip the strawberries into the dark chocolate, leaving the labneh exposed, and wait for it to freeze.
After the freezing process, we shape the top with white chocolate and sprinkle our colored pops on top of the labneh.
