(for 10-12 people)
7 egg yolks
3 packets of İçim Chief Cream
150 g granulated sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 pack of whole wheat biscuits
1 teaspoon of butter
For the top,
granulated sugar
– Whisk 7 egg yolks and 150 g granulated sugar with your hands without frothing too much.
– Gently heat 3 packets of İçim Şef Cream in a small saucepan and add the seeds and peel of 1 vanilla pod.
– Gradually add the warmed vanilla cream to the eggs, whisking constantly.
– Then tap the bowl on the counter a few times to deflate the mixture.
– Grease a 30×25 cm tray with 1 teaspoon of butter and pour the cream mixture into it. Place the tray on the baking sheet and fill the baking sheet halfway with water.
– Bake in a 145 degree oven for 50 minutes.
– After removing from the oven and slicing for 5-6 minutes, place 1 pack of whole wheat biscuits on it.
– After half an hour, turn the dessert over on a flat plate
– Refrigerate until well chilled, slice and serve on plates.
– While it is on the plate, pour 1 full teaspoon of sugar on it and caramelize the sugar with a blowtorch.
