1 lettuce lettuce
5 leaves of arugula
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 chicken breast tenderloins
1 cucumber
100 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
3 slices of brown bread
2 tomatoes, apple sliced
For the sauce
2 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp İçim Yogurt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon of İçim Chief Cream
Black Pepper
Cut off the edges of the bread and cut into small pieces. Add two tablespoons of İçim Butter to a pan. Saute the chicken slices cut into long strips in a pan. Wash the lettuce and arugula leaves well. Chop by hand into a salad bowl. Add the lemon juice and grate the İçim Kashkaval Cheese on top. Add the crusty bread and chicken meat on top of the salad. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, mustard, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix 2 tablespoons of İçim Yogurt and 1 teaspoon of İçim Şef Cream. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with grated İçim Kashkaval Cheese and tomatoes.
